Chicken breast, potatoes, virgin olive oil, cornmeal, sea salt, black pepper, demi-glace, broccoli, white mushroom, cauliflower, carrots
1) Place container in microwave and Do NOT pierce film
2) Microwave on HIGH for 3-5 minutes, Film may balloon slightly, that is okay
3) Carefully peel back film from corner, be careful steam is HOT
4) Stir gently and enjoy!
