    2) Microwave on HIGH for 3-5 minutes, Film may balloon slightly, that is okay

      The Chef really outdid himself on this one! The salmon is flaky and moist, and the black beans and corn really add a nice twist of flavor and texture...I bet Chef can beat Bobby Flay with this one too! I really like the balance of Protein and Carbs...with the good omega fatty acids...this is a winner!
